Return Policy 

Unsold products 

up to $5,000 purchased in a calendar year may be returned by January 31 of the following calendar year. Product must be returned in new condition; in original packaging and in sale-able condition.  15% restocking fee waived with an offsetting order. Return shipping cost to be paid by distributor. 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

• Any equipment returned to Samson must have the Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA#-provided at time of request) clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
• RMAs must be authorized before returns will be processed
• RMAs must be by location
• NO blanket RMAs
• Obsolete items may not be returned
